Great experience. Everything was very easy from the first phone call till the last item was hauled away. The customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The estimate given on site was accurate and reasonable. Jake and John were very professional and contentious. They disassembled and carried everything out perfectly, not a single bump against a wall, etc. I can only hope the movers handle my valuables with as much care as these gentlemen showed my junk. The process was flawless - from the easy scheduling and follow-up with Ray through the scheduling reminders and finally the service itself. Greg and Jorge contacted me well ahead of their arrival time to let me know when they would be arriving. They were on time, professional, personable, managed to get everything into one truckload, and finished the job in about an hour. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
